In addition to the Gala Dinner, the Livingston Theatre Company Alumni Association will celebrate ten years of accomplishments at Rutgers with a jammed packed weekend of fun! We hope you’ll sign up and join us!

Karaoke Night/Coffeehouse
8:00 - 10:30 PM, Yorba Lounge

We hope your pipes aren’t too rusty. We know it’s been a while, but we want to see that you’ve still got it. With a Karoke machine as well as a piano and sheet music, this is your chance to do a little something. Mix and mingle over light refreshments while hearing the alumni talent you haven’t heard in a while. Cost: Free.

Unofficial Late Night Snack
After Coffeehouse, Fountain Bleu Diner

We encourage reminiscing at the old Fountain Bleu (the current students aren’t hip to this.) Cost: On your own.

Rutgers Historical Walking Tour
11:30 - 12:30 PM, College Avenue Campus

The walking tour, which takes about an hour, explores the origins of Rutgers, its traditions, and architectural points of interests. The area includes some of the university's oldest buildings. Cost: Free.

LTC Historical Society and Luncheon
12:00 - 1:30 PM, Tumulty’s Pub, New Brunswick

Get a burger or a beer and watch the premiere of "LTC: The First 10 Years", a documentary detailing the company from its inception to now. Featuring video clips from past shows as well interviews with members. Cost: On Your Own.

On The Court
2:00 - 4:00 PM, Livingston Recreation Center

Did we hear LTC volleyball or basketball game? Come join us as we get off the stage and onto the court. We have set-up free play at the recreation center for you. Cost: Free.

Zimmerli Tour
3:00 - 4:00 PM, Zimmerli Art Museum

Come for a full overview of the Zimmerli Art Museum whichi will feature the exhibition entitled, New Narratives: Contemporary Art from India. Approximately 50 pieces by fifteen different artists have been selected to represent art-making in India today. In addition to paintings and sculptures, a section will be devoted to new media art, including installations and video. Cost: Free.

Gala Dinner and Reception
6:00 - 9:30 PM, Human Genetics Institute, Busch Campus

This lavish red carpet gala celebration is the main event of the weekend. Mix and mingle with old and new members all dressed to the nines in a extravagant ballroom in the brand new Human Genetics Institute. Featuring an open bar cocktail hour reception, a live jazz quartet and a first class dinner, the evening will include a program that celebrates our beloved organization through live performances and video reels. Cost: $50 per person.

Gala After Party
9:30 - 11:30 PM, Busch Student Center

The party continues with light refreshments and dancing. Boogie on down with a DJ who will play a wide variety of music. Hosted by the current students, the evening is a continuation of the gala excitement! Cost: Free.

Breakfast Symposium
10:00 - 11:30 AM, Tillett Dining Hall

We will close up the weekend with a breakfast brunch at Tillett (or other dining hall) where a panel of past and present members discuss the future of the LTC. Cost: $8 per person.

Merger Mania – Transforming Undergrad Ed
11:30 AM - 12:00 PM, Yorba Lounge

Since you’ve left Rutgers, the university has redefined how it will approach undergraduate education. With the merger of the liberal arts colleges, find out how this affects The LTC as well as current students. Presented by a panel of university administrators and implementation faculty. Cost: Free.

LSC Expansion Tour
12:00 - 12:30 PM, Rm. 113, Yorba Lounge

After much petitioning, the Livingston Student Center expansion is underway. Come take a look at the plans, the construction process, and learn about the LTC’s new “theater” space. Cost: Free.

LTC Current Performer Showcase
12:30 - 1:30 PM, Yorba Lounge

Come see a selection of musical numbers from this past season. If you missed The Full Monty, Sweet Charity and Seussical-the Musical, enjoy highlights open house style. Cost: Free.

Video Screening
1:30 PM, Yorba Lounge

The show with the highest percent of attendees at the gala, will be shown on the 27 foot screen to close out the weekend. Pizza, soda and popcorn will be served. Cost: Free
